I am a high school student in Houston, but I want to go to St.Edward's University. What is the high school G.P.A. range of most of the students? How is the area surrounding it? and Are the students really religious there?

Stats:

G.P.A. - 3.32

Extracurricular - Theatre Company (Thespian), FBLA, UNICEF (Public Relations), Multicultural Club (Public Relations), Environmental Club, Soccer (Manager), and Philosophy Club

Volunteer- Habitats for Humanities. I also volunteer alot for FBLA.

Underrepresented Minority

Do you think I have a chance at getting in?

It is always hard to predict admission but it sounds like you should apply.

Have you seen the section of their website for prospective students?
St. Edward's University Admission Information

I haven't seen any data about average high school GPA, I do know that you won't be considered unless you are in the top half of your high school class, certainly you met that.

Students are not particularly religious. There are many who are not Catholic.

The area around the school is certainly safe and interesting. A mix of housing types and income levels. Very near the restaurants and shops of south congress. Close to downtown. 20 minute bus ride to UT.

SEU has a good theater program.

good luck!

every college has a website that provides most of what you are looking for (the stats, admission requirements). one of my kids researched st ed's for their college choices. i remember that they looked at each student on an individual basis, not just a blanket policy on what your test scores needed to be. i'm pretty sure you would easily accepted. i do know some kids that are/have attended st ed's and they loved it. some are religious some not so much.
google st ed's and get familiar with their website. schedule a college visit

You could also try collegeconfidential.com or collegeprowler.com What are your SAT/ACTs like?
Based on your stats, it looks good.

My son is a senior who will graduate in December from St. Ed's. It is my observation that faith and diversity are key to the campus community and it sounds like St. Ed's would be a university you might consider. Religion is a non-issue based on my observations and my son's friends. As for GPA, my son had a 3.5; in my opinion a 3.2 with all your extracurricular activities are a big plus.
Feel free to DM me if you have any specific questions.
