Default JW landscape Design. Has any one got service from them before?

I plan to do my backyard soon.

I just want to have a shaded back yard with several trees and some flowers.

How much do I need to spend to get a back yard?

our lot is a little bit more than 0.2 acres. front yard is already in good shape.

The post caught my eye.

I'm a landscape contractor and arborist from Oregon, with about 30 years background.

My first thought was "do they have a website?". Which they do. Does not speak to quality, but it shows something. The owner there has enough years and education to show he is serious. Honestly, 10 years is not huge, but it's 3 times what some companies have.

The impression I got, supposing I was to move there, is that I'd be willing to sit down and have a talk with that company. My first question would be who will oversee the work? The owner may have 10 years, but will he be the one on the project? And of his 10 years, I'd want to know that at least 4 or 5 years minimum were out in the field.

One thing I like about his "process" was that it was not too complicated. That's good. Some design and build designers list too many layers of process.

Cheers,

M. D. Vaden of Oregon
