In one post you said something "never" happens and then a half hour later, you said that in some areas it does. One of those statements has to be a lie, not an opinion - because you knew that what you were posting was untrue and yet you posted it.
There's nothing wrong with thinking a place has too much attitude or wanting to be pampered. But in my opinion, there is something wrong with deliberately and constantly lying about a city that you don't even live in.

Hmmm, that sounds a little discriminating to me.

Saying never is a figure of speech for rare or once in a blue moon.

I'm not discriminating against anyone- I'm just pointing out that the Austin central is more expensive that the suburbs. I was making my point about economic diversity.

Oh okay, I never knew that - thanks for educating me. I always (meaning: without exception) thought that "never" was a word that meant "never." I guess I stand corrected.
So now I know that I could say that I've never robbed a bank, and I would be telling the truth and not intending to deceive anyone if I only did it once in awhile, right? Sweet!

The standard is if you are talking about something that is difficult to measure such as "how nice are people to me in this town vs. other towns". In my case I would say people are never nice because people stare, don't make eye contact during interactions, and customer service is extremely slow. It's more of an opinion/belief that I hold but without any type of scientific research or science based statistics. define: opinion - Google Search
I would have to be like Michael Moore and walk around with a video camera recording everything for months. Nobody is going to do that.
You can easily measure how many times somebody robs a bank and that is a totally different story.

It seemed like you were saying that diverse people live in the burbs where it is less expensive. That to me is kind of rude.

I agree with you. It is a little rude. But to address the OP I think the white majority have animosity towards minorities.

According to Zillow, the median housing price of Travis county is higher than that of Hays, Williamson, Comal, Caldwell, Blanco counties. When prices are lower, more people can afford it. That's all I was saying, no insult or rudeness was intended.
