I noticed when checking the weather online there is a place called "Austin Executive". It's the airport?

It's a general aviation airport, not the main one. And it used to be off Parmer & I-35, where the TechRidge office complex is now.

Austin Executive Airport

However, it seems like another airfield in Manor has taken over the name...

The new Austin Executive Airport was the Birds Nest Airport. There is a nice writeup on it here:

Birdsnest is not called "Austin Executive Airport" but it is the heir-apparent if that is what you meant.... Austin Executive was also known as Tim's Airpark....

Austin Executive Airport

Abandoned & Little-Known Airfields: Texas: Eastern Austin area

Central Texas is sadly lacking in general aviation and reliever airports. We really only have Georgetown and Taylor. AUS is too big and expensive and Rusty Allen and Spicewood are too inaccessible.
