I presume most people that log on here are relatively well off, and LOOKING to buy a house, or are doing okay if they have a mortgage...
Surely there must be some folks currently living in Austin struggling to pay off the same, though.....I found a great gov't/private sector alliance website with reams of advice and links to help keep the note paid off during struggling times....
