Those job fairs are worthless. Every teacher job fair I've been at, including AISD, they just take your resume and tell you they don't know of any openings yet. Just apply online to as many schools as you can.

Oh as for jobs for teachers, there are a lot of lay offs going on on Austin alone.

I just heard that even Round Rock are going to be adding more students per kid into the ratio.

These are bad signs even for RRISD. Feel sorry for the one's whom live in RR and getting this out of their public schools out there
