I live in the outskirts of Hutto, back yard facing into a large, empty field with a fence. Was wondering if there are any restrictions on shooting airguns (pistols) on our property. Basically just some low power back yard plinking with tin cans and such. .177 BBs and pellets. I can't imagine it would be a problem but does anyone know for sure?

I don't know, but I have a friend who's married to an Austin cop who knows a lot of the Hutto laws. I could ask her.

You can call the non emergency number for Hutto and ask yourself.
