It actually take at least a year or longer once you submit your application but well worth the wait if you still have lots of years left at UT.

A lot of students that live in student housing expect the Grand Palace - these apartments were built in the 80's and are well maintained and for the AFFORDABLE rent, and the community, it's a great place to live!
