Illegal to be Homeless

Well, I would have answered NYC if I'd been asked where else I'd rather live, but that's just a fantasy, not taking into account cost of living.

Why are you asking me? I was just commenting that I too would answer if there were one city I could live in other than where I am, it would be NYC.
