They are still better than the Big Four.
Unfortunately, my mortgage is with RAMs Home Loans, which is also owned by Westpac.
All working accounts are with Newcastle Permanent Building Society, and I could not fault them.
Exit fees are about to be knocked on the head for the banks, but I can't change things at this stage of the game.

Just seeing a Kiwi Haka on a big screen TV had me intimidated!

I've always enjoyed watching the Haka. They're so serious about it. The facial expressions and the looks in their eyes sends chills down my spine.

Plus, it's cool to see a bit of a country's cultural rituals.

I know! Once at Federation Square they had some festival on, and there were Maori men on the stage dressed in all the gear, and they did the Haka.

You should have seen the kids faces..... I got a chill too

if we beat the Poms at something, because we are going to get a thrashing
in the cricket

20,000 posts? Well, that calls for a celebration! Cheers everyone (clink, clink, with my glass of 2006 Bin 28 Kalimna Shiraz).

What shall we chat about then? What is topical in NZ/Oz at the moment?

Rising interest rates?
The death of a character on a major Australian soap?
Oprah's impending visit?

I don't understand the popularity of "Neighbors". Why do people, especially men, care so much. I met English GUYS that were so enamored with the show that they went to Melbourne to go on a tour of where it is filmed and got photographs with the actors. When I was living in Sydney and only had like 3 channels this show was on between (I think.) "The Simpsons" and "Everybody Loves Raymond" so I would use this time to cook dinner.

I don't know if y'all southerners are going to be able to beat the Pommies cause they have so many more people, even if Australia is totally way more awesome than England at everything that really matters (Yes, that excludes cricket.)

Funny the only place where I hate seeing the haka is at rugby matches. Ugh.
