Experts believe that in order for a nation to prosper, it has to have at least an IQ of 90-95. That's why many believe that China (104-106) is the next power and India less likely, but still possible.

While I would not dispute that some minor differences in intelligence exist between the races, this map seems absurd. How was this data compiled? What kind of tests were used? Did some of the tests used have cultural bias in them? People have speculated for centuries why certain parts of the world developed while others did not, but there are many factors that could contribute to this fact. Climate, natural resources, access to trade routes and goverment types have much to do with why some places prosper and some do not. Im not saying that its not possible that some racial groups have a cognitive advantage over others, but this map certainly does not prove that one way or another. Even if there is a difference out there, its not likley to be as dramatic as this map suggests. Some of the average IQs suggested on that map are of a level of retardation. Im sorry but I dont buy that a whole nation on average is retarded.

They might have done it through brain size. For example, East Asian brain size is slightly larger than whites and they are both larger than blacks.
