I always toyed with the idea of going back some day,of course the dismal real estate market in the USA stopped that dead,as well as the equally dismal USD/AusD ratio.
Just a few years ago,$1USD was worth almost double in Australia, not so now.
Anyway,I get periodic emails from a national real estate company, and prices for rural properties with some form of housing has gone through the roof it seems.
What do those of you in the know think about house prices, especially in rural areas,is it a bubble waiting to burst or is this the new reality?
