Now this is a giggle, some were saying it would be wrong for NZ to extend to ten years the time it takes to get a NZ passport, yet, children born in Australia to Kiwis who do not have permament residence are NOT classed as Australians for ten years.
Nor do they get specialised medical help in that time, nope, Australia believes the children of Kiwis residents who are paying tax in Australia should take their Australian born children to NZ and bludge off our health care which they have not payed for.
Too bad if any of the kids need an urgent heart operation.
Now Australia is a good little yank puppet but will we citizens end up as a state of the USA with that approach ?

Of course we will have to start sending the children of Australians born in NZ back to Aus for specialised health care.
