I liked the first ~7 seasons/series of Blue Heelers, Sea Patrol and I just started watching This Town. I am able to watch these via the internet. Oh, I've seen every epi of The Food Truck. I saw S1 of Bro'town on DVD. I'm a yank.
Oh, Sh it sville was amusing, educational and a bit disappointing... I was hoping one of the young ones would come up with a revolutionary plan.
Anyone remember Peter Jackson (of Lord of the Rings fame)? His first film was the New Zealand feature Heavenly Creatures with a then unknown Kate Winslet. It received worldwide acclaim and launched both Jackson and Winslet's careers. The great, but very disturbing film, is set in Christchurch.

Hoboy, I guess I'll have to add this to the queue.(109 minute uncut version or 99 min theatrical release?) I just learned about "Room in Rome" a movie about "the love that cannot be spoken" yet evidently can be shown quite graphically. And to add to my labour & sacrifice I also must view ADELE: CHAPTERS 1 & 2 (BLUE IS THE WARMEST COLOUR) the Canne 2013 big winner, chicken dinner. ("Careful, He Might Hear You" )
I've seen the first 3 episodes of "This Town" and they have all been wonderful. I think #3 might be my fave so far. The show visits small towns and rural, isolated locations meeting up with all sorts of people.
Bumping this up, its winter here, I watch more TV in the winter.
Will watch McLeods daughter now that I have Hulu
