Isn't New Zealand one of those countries where tipping is generally uncommon compared to most countries?

Hmm well cost of living all comes into this, reminds me of the Big Mac minimum wage indicator. Mind due living anywhere near minimum wage in either Aus or NZ would be no picnic.

Its mostly not a tipping culture but can be situational.
