That particular place is at the bottom of two hills that will take you back to the 400 bus stops. The best bet would be to get the 373 to Randwick Junction and transfer from there to the 400. You should note that the 400 is prepay only (which means you will need your Opal) during that time from Randwick Junction.

The 400 stops at Belmore rd near the intersection, a few minutes walk at most
