All I can imagine is how many spiders are infesting that house. And the godawful, nasty huntsman type spiders too. Yeesh.

The street view is probably typical of anything in he lower class suburbs of our main cities! I've seen worse in some of Australia's small towns.

I note from another article that the owner died 9 years ago. I wonder whether it was made worse by the floods of 2011 as I note that Dutton Park was affected:

Brisbane weather: Flooding across city as rain continues

It looks like a nice street:

Its in the flood zone, the Brisbane city council keeps details of that on its website.

Dutton Park is directly across the river from the University of Queensland, its full of students, the suburb has a personal and household income well below the median for Brisbane city council area.
