I don't know about all of them. While I heard that Australia isn't the healthiest country, I saw more fit people (and people jogging with backpacks on, working out in the park, etc.) in Sydney than I've seen in my life.
Are the people there known to be prudes? I know abso-freakin-lutely nothing about Adelaide.
I have NFI to be honest. Just that they speak in a funny accent like they're misplaced New Zealanders. I used to work with a girl from Adelaide and she was similar to the caricuture, which is I think why I laughed.
Despite the obvious troll i did laugh at Adelaide and Melbourne.
