Yes, I am a farmer, But no, I don't farm kangaroos (Though A few do live in some bushland, On the property)

So I guess you could say, That I really do have a few Roos, Loose in the top paddock? (Aussie Colloquialism: Someone who's a bit moronic)

People don't farm Kangaroo's in Australia much, Alot of the meat comes from Organised Cullings (Closely monitored Professional Hunters, Paid to keep very large Kangaroo populations in check).

Like Moonshadow has said, Kangaroo meat is available in supermarkets, However, Very few Aussie's actually eat Kangaroo meat regularly, As many of us, Find it uncomfortable too eat the national icon.... Though in restaurants, It's often served too tourists, Who might want to try it?, Along with Emu, Goanna, Snake and other aboriginal bush "Tucker" (Food).

Sydney is an Asian food lovers paradise - I think I'll stick to that and let more adventurous people eat the kangaroos

Melbourne has a huge Asian community and many, many places to enjoy a great variety of Asian foods.

As does Darwin. Actually we love our Asian food right around the country here.

sydney is nicknamed 'Zsa Zsa' in Australia because it's essentially just a harbour and there's been no focus on the city itself. Melbourne is where the film, creative, cultural industries are, where the coffee culture is, where small bars are, it's the foodie centre. Melbourne is old money. Sydney is crass, humid, and banal. Fortunately, the kind of people who dislike Melbourne simply don't get it - and Melbourne is more than happy for them to delude themselves!
