At least with football, baseball, and especially Nascar anything exciting can happen at any time.

I'm the only one in my household who watches prolly 90% of Cup, NNS, and CWTS and they thought it was stupid ......going around in circles. Now they're getting into it and I catch them watching more and more, seems the g/f likes Tony Stewart now, that's good. My youngest is a Kyle Busch fan, don't know what I'm going to with that boy
Lol. I do follow college basketball; the crowds are much more energetic and the player's immaturity (compared to the pros) can make for exciting games, same for minor league baseball.
I think football is the worst one of all, I can watch an entire week of football on ESPN in 3 min.

If you look at every sport, they all have boring stretches. Baseball and golf are the worst, well, soccer is the worst. Racing is no different, especially when someone has a 5 second lead, with ten cars or less on the lead lap.

I agree, just go to the local dirt track. It's loud, and fun and sometimes you can come home with dirt in your ears and mouth.
