Another race day in the chase at Talledega today. As of today, now a tie in the poll voting between Edwards, Harvick, Johnson, and Stewart as to who will win the 2011 NASCAR championship. JJ is starting second today and did well in practice. He also won here earlier in the year. Harvick, Edwards, and Stewart seem to always be near the front at the end of the races lately. Kenseth and Kyle Busch have been lurking toward the front in points. This very well could be a pivotal race in deciding which drivers will likely have the best chance at winning it all.

well with four races to go, and edwards has a pretty good lead in the points now. as consistent as he is running right now, i doubt that he will lose enough points now to lose the championship.

Now looks like Edwards, Stewart, and Harvick will have the best chance to win the 2011 NASCAR Championship. It would be neat to see 3 or 4 drivers in the chase still in contention for the title to the end of the last race.

I'm rooting for Tony. But Carl will be hard to beat. Both guys will not be able to make a single mistake.

Looks like Stuart has picked up a couple of recent votes. I wonder who will get the most votes just before the checkered flag drops at Homestead.
