Great truck race. One of best races I have seen all year.
Bubba Wallace has proven himself yet he's out of a ride for next year. Sounds like he'll be driving part-time for JGR in the Xfinity Series. Sad, really, when you consider there are marketing gimmicks with money running 20th or worse without worry every week. *cough*Lapdownica*cough*

Jr before this year. And I am a Jr fan.
Sad that yet another great young driver doesn't have a ride despite immense talent. He'll rebound whether it is in NASCAR or out of NASCAR like those that jumped out into Rally with GRC, short course off-road truck racing or Formula 1 truck racing as well as IndyCar.

I'd have to see the details of his contract this year and next before deciding really. Now days that cost to get there starts at like 8 years old with no sponsors to speak of and a family that dedicates themselves to going thru what it takes. But then it isn't about a few bucks and a trophy either. Drivers are part of what attracts sponsors which is a important part of the mix.
I don't think Jeff or Junior would do anything to knock someone out of the chase but I think things are going to get nasty for the last few laps if these guys are in the top five.
I was kind of shocked that others made sure they did not do anything to stop even other brand cars by making it more difficult. Never heard what happened to Gordon tho. Just seemed strange that these four were always at front even after pits stops until Legano had his multiple problems. Almost reminds me of F1 when they move over for leaders. Certainly not normal for NASCAR. Oh; well good for NASCAR .
It did seem weird that they were so grouped together (the four chase finalists) at the front.
Strange way to finish the season, the rest except for Jeff seemed to be on a Sunday drive.
Almost too strange. Makes you wonder, eh. I suspect those 4 cars had something extra that the others did not. NASCAR will never admit it but it was way to convenient to have all 4 of those cars in the top 10 all day long.
I was glad to see Harvick win, he certainly had the most consistent team all season. It almost looked to me like Jeff decided he didn't want to somehow impact the outcome so he pitted late to take himself out of the equation. That was odd, because he had the car to win.
Yep; almost like they should have placed just the four cars in the race really.
