i like chase elliot as well, and i think we have a new rivalry in the making between chase elliot and kyle larson. now whether it is a construct of the media, or two young guns with loads of talent going at each other, i dont know.

I kind of hope not. I think rookies get pressured too much, too soon for hard to achieve results. Nothing wrong with goals but, I prefer to see drivers allowed for some development. It's obvious there are still differences between Xfinity & Cup as the transition doesn't always equal success.

I know I'm late to the party, but this whole segment concept is dumb. I haven't watched the All-Star race consistently for years because of all the lame segmented crap and now they're gonna do that 36 times a year? Ugh.

So when this fails to improve ratings and attendance will they also institute inverted starts and/or field shuffling in-between segments? All cars with prime numbers to the front of the field on restarts? Maybe they can take one of the cars that's a few laps down and give them an NO2 tank to get back into contention.

Is Lake Lloyd deep enough for a real shark-jumping demonstration?

I hope that means that it'll basically be the same teams going from race to race.. That's something that really has needed to be done for a long time.

Hmmmmm, attractive reporter at Fox suddenly out of a job and replaced with no explanation.

Not going to make any accusations because I don't know but it is a Fox Network.
