Somebody thougt it did since there was one for the 2022 500. I guess a mod used the posts in the Nascarthread to edit it.
I made the thread because I couldn't find one and refused to just throw it in the Sticky thread.

Also, knowing I wasn't nor shouldn't have been the thread starter, just decided to throw it into an old 2022 thread, knowing the awesome Moderators would fix things up, so thank you to them.

So, you're all welcome.

The first 'end' caution came out on lap 198.

The second came out after the restart, and prior to taking the white.

Third they had taken the white flag, so whoever was ahead when the caution was called for (Button pressed) is the winner.

You want 5 people hitting buttons to put out a caution? It's bit them in the ass before. Most recently at last years' All Star Race. A caution that shouldn't have come out, did and nearly screwed Blaney over. Now, all that being said.. There's no way there that they should have allowed Blaney to drive those last two laps holding up his damn window net. I could have allowed, especially with that being a non-points race, allowing him to fix the window net without penalty.

Anyway.. There's not enough time to decide.. And they were 100% proper to throw that caution when they did. Even though it happened at the back of the pack, there were many cars involved, with some hard hits to the wall which made dispatching safety crews important.

Had someone just spun out.. Normally they won't throw that caution.
However the wreck er race ended, it was one goofy ending.

But it had to end soon or drivers would have actually stalled out due to being out of fuel and whomever would have had the momentum to coast over the finish line would have won.

I find it difficult to follow when there are multiple threads about it, even if it's NASCAR's SuperBowl race.

You have people commenting in both threads about the same race. Maybe its just me.

I think this rule needs a little tweaking.

And I thought putting a runner on 2nd base for extra innings in major league baseball games was weird.

It is, and the continual 'improvements' are slowly killing any interest I have in MLB just as NASCAR killed my interest when they took points earned on the track away from DEJr. for something he said in the winner's circle. To me they may as well have just announced they were no longer about racing but PC entertainment.
