Very clever! Ferrari really does suck though. Horrible reliability this year, and they can't even get theri KERS to operate without having an influence on performance. It's suppose to help not hinder. Kimi should have went back to Mercedes.............. You should be afraid of the Pats this year........very afraid. More than likely you are!

Maybe, except the major difference was the engine change, the team was about the same including the key players. I would think Honda might feel somewhat embarrassed they didn't do the same with the team. They will probably come back sometime in the future.
For now it feels like the Honda seasons in the 80's when both teammates were winning most of the races, except it isn't a Honda car (just a former Honda team).

I couldn't see there would be much to gain technically from NASCAR, only from a marketing perspective. Honda still has the Indycar series. I would rather see them support more entry racing series or alternate series, perhaps hybrid or other racing?

If costs can be kept "reasonable" maybe it will be more competitive.

Ferrari does not suck. Ferrari was fielding F1 cars when Honda was still using chain-drive on their "cars" and making wheezy, pukishly slow mopeds.
Just give credit where credit is due.

F1 just has gotten to be too expensive for most automakers now. They can get alot more for their money in other forms of racing;plain and simple.

On the other hand those automakers are against the 40 million pound budget cap Max Mosley is trying to impose next year. Car Manufacturers wants gradual change in budget and not 150 million to 40 million change.
BTW, Jenson is 6th ouf 7 now. Like Schumacher in the early 2000.

Kudos to Brawn GP for clinching the Constructor's Championship along with Button for his Driver's Championship in a season that very nearly wasn't!
Great to see new players at the sharp end of the grid

Yeah, way to go BrawnGP. Honda must be kicking themselves... if only they could have used the Mercedes power plant that Brawn enjoyed.

Yep and in those days F1 cars really raced.
