For certain! I was just trying to bait them into admitting...And that is the 1st step toward recovery...

Ok I'll step out on a limb. My fav driver is Dale....Senior. He's the very reason I ever started watching NASCAR years ago. He was a rebel with a cause.
I don't believe we will ever see another like him.

Thanks Rance! SR was a great driver, i will give you that. That was a different ERA of racing though, a lot has changed since. As far as never seeing another SR, again you may be correct! The new rules & esp the COT car has changed the sport...

It would have been nice to see Sr in todays environment...tapping these young bucks out of his way and going for the win. I'll bet there would be some screaming and yelling. And Sr would just say in his calm voice...I'm here to race. If they can't handle it they shouldn't even show up.

I was impressed with Jr's qualifying and how he stuck around the top 10 during most of the Brickyard.
He "manned" up and said he felt he was at fault for blowing the engine.
Looks like Lance McGrew can build a pretty decent race car (his first HMS built car for Jr).

Yep, Jr was pretty sick over the weekend, and has never been very good at Indy, so I see his run as a good sign for the future. And I expect that Lance's cars are only going to get better as he builds more of them. He definitely knows what he's doing. I am looking forward to the end of the year

Finally the 88 pulls through for a good finish. That adjustment and strategy call was brilliant. He had a hot rod early on when Lance put a spring rubber in. They sucked from then on until they took it out.
For a while it looked like he had it in the bag, but I think he ran the tires off at the very end.
How about Vickers and Red Bull finally breaking through for a win. Nice to see. I wonder how Kyle feels about Vickers winning after yesterday?
