Watkins Glen, Sonoma, and Darlington. Making left and right turns shows you more driving skill IMO. I think its funny how many substitute drivers come out for the Road Courses.

My favorite for watching is Bristol TN. (the night races)
Beech Bend Raceway, Bowling Green, KY I know the place as a dragstrip. Stands that put you less than 25 feet from the track. The stands also have a tin roof that echoes a race car like no other place I've been. This facility also has a stock car track, water park amusement park and campground. Multi million dollar expansion planned for 2010 and the nicest owners I have had the pleasure to deal with. Check it out, Beech Bend
