I'm guessing that you are a lot younger than me, WannaliveinGreenville, if you like that Camaro. As a middle-aged guy, I can appreciate the retro design of the new Camaro, but I prefer them more stock than the one pictured. I don't like the "hockey stripes" on the side, or that large white spoiler on the back, or the black wheels. I like the stock SS with a small spoiler on the trunk and aluminum wheels (silver), or an LT or SS with the RS package. I don't care for black wheels on cars (Ford has one on their website in a video for the 2011 Mustang V6) as they always seem to look like they've got brake dust on them, lol.
I don't particularly care for the interior of the new Camaro, though. To me, it looks kind of cheap and plasticky. The gauges are too large, I don't like those plastic inserts in the door panels, and it's just too futuristic for my taste. I prefer the interior of the 2010-11 Mustang over the Camaro.

the first Camaro on this thread is hideous because its not a drivable Camaro, it was for GM Accesories to show off future body kits for the then yet-to-be-released Camaro
2010 Chevy Camaro Gets Kitted Up?
but you knew that...

I would love to test drive both someday . I agree the lines on it are futuristic and I definately prefer my classic 69 over the newer ones. No longer own it , long story..I last test drove a Stang in 2005.

The new Camaro is hideous. The Mustang looks 100x nicer, is faster and handles better. Most importantly, it wasn't built on our tax dollars. Why anyone would buy a Camaro over a Mustang is beyond me.
Andy the big silver "chevy" symbol in front...just tacky.

The new Camaro looks nice, but Chevy doesn't know how to make a decent quality interior, and the Mustang has it beat in both looks and performance already. A move in the right direction though.

The Camaro in the op looks like the love child of a Camaro and some import 2 fast 2 furious nightmare.
That being said, on looks alone I love the Camaro over the Mustang. The Challenger is good looking, but come on, that thing is huge, and can not handle like the other two, it's like a boat!

No matter how you cut it the new Camaro was a mistake. Ugly and cheap looking. Bad idea.
