I've noticed that when going uphill with the A/C on the A/C kicks off and no air comes through the vent. I put it on vent and still no air. The engine doesn't strain and the A/C comes back on when the car levels off or goes down hill. What might cause that? it's a '99, all service has been done for ist mileage.
