1993 honda accord was driving it up a hill and it quit it has gas it turns over good but will not fire any help on this

Probably electric fuel pump in tank. I had problem with the electric connector at the pump on an older Honda Prelude. It is usually accessible through the floor of the trunk on some Honda's.

A common problem on these cars is the distributor cap... I had a 91 Accord in the early 2000s and mine did what you described and it was the cap. Check it first.

Yep sounds alot like the DC to me also...I had an Integra that did that and it turns out to be a crack in the DC...Its a pretty simple fix really
