That's a very important point that applies to any litigated process. Courts place very, very high levels of credence on a simple notebook in which a litigant has written down relevant experiences to the case. Provided the notebook has the appearance of the entries having been entered on an ongoing basis, and not just cobbled together at the last minute.

Have you stopped @ Wal Mart lately. 5 quarts and a filter will set you back almost $20.00.
Alot of dealers around here will do an oil change for under 20 bucks.

A 5 qt of Mobil 1 is ~$21 at WalmartNation, and add in some decent filter...no dlr on the planet does true syn oil changes, and a good filter for "under 20 bucks".
I doubt the OP is gonna pour dlr special oil into his new to him, Mustang.

The odds of you ever being able to use this so called warranty is slim. Its BS .Its is full of little loop holes no doubt and be prepared for a hassle if you ever try to get anything out of it...the car lots make almost as much from 'selling" you a "warranty" than they do from selling you the car.....You have been hooked ! lol
