Unless you're in the left lane of a multi-lane road, just go your normal speed and ignore your rear view for the duration... all they want to do is get around you and in due time they will. Even if they hit you it is 100% their fault and you're not likely to have the difference in speed to do significant damage.

You are only proving to them that tailgating works if it makes you speed up and get out of the way. Remaining at your constant speed as long as it's respectable and not in a passing lane is another way of giving them the finger. Oh but please don't do that in an HOV lane.

People who over use cruse control and people who can't take a curve. Also drivers that speed up when a passing lane opens up.

Too courteous drivers, you know the ones who let 3 and 4 cars go ahead of them in traffic. I can see letting one car, maybe 2 at the most go ahead of you, but anything more than that is just flat-out rude.

All this alleged intimidation is something you made up in your head. That truck was just another vehicle on the street. That driver wasn't twirling his mustache with malicious intent.

It's most likely the same people who, in stop and go traffic, keep 20 or more car lengths between them and the car just ahead.

The left lane hog thing has been beat to death, so what else you got?
Lack of blinker usage: for turns, lane changes, curb parking, etc.

We are not mind readers!

I get really annoyed when approaching drivers cross the center line into my lane in order to pass cars, delivery trucks, or mail vehicles parked in theirs.

That's not how it works. That's not how any of this works. They're the ones who are supposed to stop until it's safe to clear those vehicles.

Here in Florida I see two major issues with drivers.

1) Excessive speed. In my community, which is posted at 35 MPH, drivers routinely drive 50+. Any the majority of the offenders are middle aged, not kids like everyone assumes. Donít even get me started on interstate drivers down here.

2) People are always pulling out in front of you, causing you to have to brake hard to avoid hitting them in the rear. Itís not that people are mis judging distance, they just donít care!

Iíve driven all over the U.S. and Florida drivers are the absolute worse IMO.

Not using turn signals. Slow drivers who hold people up. People who have to stop in the middle of a turn for no apparent reason. People who donít know how to use a roundabout. Texting, people who drive cars and are too stupid or lazy to figure out how to link it to the speakerphone. Most pickup drivers. People who have a green light and are so slow to take off that you get stuck with another red light because you didnít beep your horn at them.
