I would disagree here as you should be able to budget and have it line up at the end of the month if you are careful. There's no excuse for companies double-dipping this way. If this has happened many times, then I would wonder why there is no punishment for these thieves.

Also, I'm sick and tired of the way these companies insulate themselves with this BS.

"Oh us, yes we represent XX company but have nothing to do with them".

Uh-Huh.

I have the opposite view. I prefer big, luxury cars (whales are in the ocean).
I stay far away from owning a small, cramped, stiff-riding econobox.

Anything by Ford. I was pretty young when I learned the mantra Fixed Or Repaired Daily, not sure personally if it's true or not but you know...

I don't care for Fords at all, but have had pretty good luck with their trucks

Anything white.

Not sure why, but I hate white cars. Will not even consider one.

I love my Fords and Lincolns. A year ago Wednesday I totalled my pickup due to hitting a deer. I replaced a 98 F150 with a Lincoln LS. A year later I have logged 23,000 miles on it. In January I retired a 79 Ford F150 and replaced it with a 90 F150 that I have since put 8,000 miles on. I put a flatbed on the pickup.

The LS is sporty, the v8 has ample giddy up. No GMs for me.
