I would love to say a used SVT raptor but I doubt that will happen. I was going to buy a diesel truck at the start of summer but they were overpriced where I live so I guess I will just wait for a nice manual tranny 99-03 7.3 powerstroke diesel F250 ext. cab XLT 4x4

it is just hard to find a decent stick shift version alot of automatics though..oh well atleast my 91 F250 will get me through this winter which is supposed to be really bad this year from what I have heard.
I am looking for this:

Why are you sold on a manual? In any kind of traffic or terrain pulling stuff really sucks. I had my auto trans rebuilt right when I bought it for about the same price as a new one and it's been bullet proof with 147k pulling on it.

Trade in this Cadillac Escalade for a Range Rover. I couldnt decide what car to get last year and got what my husband wanted. Its not that I dislike it, but its overpriced IMO, not my style and prefer something smaller too. Reliability, shmiability. LOL

I always buy standard in my trucks I just prefer it. To me it makes it more enjoyble to drive even if it is a 3/4 ton truck.

plus having that 6-speed manual tranny means I can run the optional 4.30.1 35-spline limited slip rear diff and still get decent freeway mileage with the 6th gear overdrive.

I also would love to find one with the BorgWarner manual gear-driven transfer case with the floor shifter and the manual front locking hubs.

I just want a tough truck where all the running gear is manual just like my 91 F-250. I am not a big fan of auto-locking hubs and Electronic-Shift-On-the-Fly transfer cases. I like the old tried and true stuff that has been around for 50+ years in 4x4 trucks.

Most likely another entry level luxury/sport sedan. Like a Hyundai Genesis, Acura TL, maybe the next gen Chrysler 300.

I'm gonna replace my W126 with a newer W126, less mileage, more power. 1990 560SEL, the best car ever made.

2012 is the magic year for me when I think I'll take my '05 Corvette for a last run before trading her in. Love my 'Vette but decided I'd like something with a few more comforts and my back isn't in good enough shape to drive in those paper-thin seats for any extended period of time.

Next new vehicle...more than like a Cadillac CTS-V.

Still not sure if I'd want the Coupe or Sedan version though.
Ah yes! The voice of an aging body makes the cushy Caddy look VERY attractive!!

Having passed through the youthful "racing" days long ago I will only drive, or ride in, a cushy vehicle myself. For my wife & I that will always be a Chevy Suburban! Lots of room in a do anything vehicle that last a looooooong time !
