JMHO. As another poster stated, none of the above.
S550 -- yawn
760Li -- well, the older BMW's were awesome
LS460 -- why is this even on the list?
RL -- see response directly above
DTS -- they should be at about the same depth as the USS Arizona
A8 -- well, maybe has a fighting chance
Q45 -- should be with the DTS
Lincoln Town car -- should be in the marianas trench
Jaguar XJ -- add $2000 for the tools you need to keep in the trunk

Just my opinions, so no flames, please.
IMO, the Lincoln Town Car should be preserved and, even better, still produced by Ford. Because they are the last true 6-passenger, full-sized, body-on-frame America-built luxury car.

Agreed. Lost quite a few good vehicles over the past few years including the Town Car, Caddy DTS with the Northstar, Buick Lucerne with the 3800, and the Crown Victoria. None may have been the most advanced vehicles but they all had a pretty loyal following. There's really no good options for someone who wants a full-sized, American automobile nowdays.

Not a flame, but I believe your ranking/opinion of Jaguar is based on outdated info. It's true that for years (decades?) Jags had a reputation for horrible reliability. There is an old joke that Jag enthusiasts had to own two Jags so that they'd have one to drive while the other was in the shop being repaired. However, that's all changed in recent years, especially with the complete redesign of the vehicles in 2009.
In fact, J.D. Power just came out with their 2012 quality rankings and Jaguar was listed as #1 in the U.K. and tied with Porsche for #2 in the U.S. behind Lexus.

That, the Grand Marquis, and the Crown Victoria are cars from another era, that remained popular until the last one rolled off the assembly line. I'm sorry to see them go.
Should probably be noted that the 760iL is not on par with the S550. If you want to compare those two, you should be comparing the top of the line S-Class with the top of the line 7 Series, so that would be an S65 AMG vs 760iL. S550 is the base model.
Of course, it's the Acura RLX now. The RLX can almost drive itself.
