They could have fooled me had they not gone so overboard as to say the leather was organically grown. The apple hardware is far fetched but still in the realm of believable. That being said I would not put it passed GM to come out with a dually caddy in the future.

Actually, a trailer-towing app caught my eye as one of the more sensible electronics that would have a practical use. Ever try to back up a trailer? It's a lot harder than parallel parking, which has an app. Of all the April Fools tipoffs, that was not one of them.

This and some other nuggets (like the iTow, haha) in the article make me suspect April Fools....
Definitely.

They said the same thing about the Lambo Reventon a couple years ago on 4/1; something to the effect of the buyer being able to choose the cow that would be slaughtered for the interior

I may be the odd one out, but I like it save for the bed... if it had a regular fleetside bed, I would buy one. Too bad its a joke.

I can't believe how expensive Escalades are. I checked out a couple Platinum editions at the Denver Auto show and they were north of $80k. The Hybrid version was $90k. But this was cheap compared to a $118k Ranger Rover.

Joke or not ...I'm sure it would sell. I used to live in KS and when you would see a Dually truck done up all fancy we would call it a "cowboy caddilac" ... well this truck would sure fit that name.
