for me it would be one of three cars;

1: my 64 falcon, upgraded with a rebuilt 200/T5/8" rear end with 3.55 gears

2: my 66 mustang rebuilt 289/C4/3.00 gears

3: a 78-83 fairmont with either the 3.3 inline six or the 302 V8.

all cars would have to have power steering, a/c, and a decent stereo.

Only one car that means since we have two drivers it has to be an automatic so a Saleen S7 is out and I will have to go with the AWD Taurus SHO.

As we're rural, carry pets, feedstuff, teenagers and so on and we get taxed to the hilt on fuel, and the roads are cr*p- Audi A6 Allroad TDi.

Cadillac CTS-V Wagon. Enough seating space for the wife and kids, good luggage space and enough power to keep my sporting side giddy as a schoolgirl.

If it has to be just one, Range Rover Sport Supercharged or Cayenne turbo S. Enough offroad capability for crappy weather days and the Zombie Apocalypse, fast enough and handle good enough to give my sports car side a bit of a grin, carries enoguh people that if we take friends or family out for dinner or whatever that they fit, can tow a travel trailer if necessary, and carry all sorts of stuff home from Home Depot when needed. Fast, practical, comfy, luxurious and capable. Perfect for if you HAVE to only have one car.

Though, if you could afford one, then you can afford more than one car.

One of these

If I had a family I'd obviously have to go with this custom kit body or some other dual cowl phaeton
