Default The stars of The Fast And The Furious 5 talk about their 1st cars....

Saw this on a local news segment....

Brian Walker: 1986 Ford Ranger, silver, silver shell, carpet kit

Vin Diesel: 1978 Monte Carlo, bought it at a repossession auction in NY where you don't get to start it but you get to look under the hood, paid the $175 bid, then drove it up the highway, all three lanes covered in blue smoke.

Ludacris: Plymouth Reliant with a messed up wax job, where you put the wax on and it sits too long and is permanently in the paint. But the sound system was flawless. Had 2 15"'s in the trunk.

Tyrese Gibson: 1983 Cutlass Ciera. Was a rust colored, very ugly, but had it painted black at a 1 day auto body for $330. His mom was upset because she noticed one of the 2 speakers was gone. He had it in the back seat wired up with some duct tape. "Full throttle" as he called it.

Dwayne Johnson: Was in a bar, a crack head comes in asking "who wants to buy a car for $75?" Dwayne offered $40 on the spot and would come back to give the rest. Crackhead agreed. Dwayne and friend left in a 1979 Tbird. They heard a commotion in the back, they found another crackhead on the floor passed out. They pulled over, woke him up and made him get out. Next day they ran out of gas and the crack head had not given them the gas key.
