Network around your acquaintances, and see if anybody knows of a person who is desperately in need of transportation for daily commute to a grunt job, and can't afford to pay for a depeendable used car. Then just hand them the keys, the title, and an honest list of the mechanical things that they need to be concerned with. Be sure to get a signed bill of sale, showing the full name and DL number of the recipient. Remember, if the vehicle ever shows up in an impound lot or crashes toll gates, it's still your responsibility until the title is officially re-assigned and/or you have a bill of sale. Get yourself some karma and a good night's sleep.
Thanks everyone... I just got rid of it today... put on Craigslist and someone bought it for 1k... I am just glad to be rid of it... Don't want to be paying anymore ad valorem taxes and whatnot... I thought charities would want it to since it is in perfect working condition... I left like 3-4 messages at 8-9 charities... not a single call back... its a cellphone too, so it should log any calls I receive... waited for like months and just gave up on charities...
