The regulator is inside the manifold and is exposed to the manifold vacuum directly. No hose needed.

Hi,
check valve problem, or possibly a weak fuel pump...
This may help.....as regulator as well.

I have a 1997 Cavalier that had some injectors that was leaking and replaced the o rings and now no fuel pressure through main line pumping through the return line instead and flood out cylinders!WHAT WOULD CAUSE THAT?
