Between these cars, what are the pros/cons of each? Which one has better reliability, gas mileage, and features? I'm looking at the 2007+ models of each of these cars.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Infiniti G35 because
A. it is RWD
B. is more fun to drive and set up to have more of sporty feel to it.
and C. it is easy to find with a Manual tranny.

it has all the good needed things that make a nice sporty coupe...

only other car to compare the the Infiniti G35 too.... Would be the E46 BMW 3-Series in terms of driveability, overall quality and performance.

Lexus ES350:
Pros:
+ likely the most reliable
+ softest ride (if that's what you prefer)
+ cheapest to insure
Cons:
- wallowy handling (if you care)

Lexus GS350:
Pros:
+ most features
+ most luxury-like of the group
Cons:
- maintenance can be expensive (relative to the group)
- fuel economy not great

Acura TSX:
Pros:
+ best fuel economy
+ light weight=nimble handling
Cons:
- low depreciation=high prices for used shoppers
- least luxury-like of the group

Infiniti G:
Pros:
+ best handling of the group
+ most powerful engine of the group
+ excellent feature content for the money
Cons:
- worst fuel economy

Vinsanity about summed it up right there. Not much more to say. I've had my G35 for 7 years now, it's been good to me.

Wow, thank you. Very informative. Because you seem to know so much about these cars, I have one more question: which would be the cheapest to purchase, given that they all have GPS and other gadgets and gizmos?

Not much to add other than what was already said. It will all come down to model year, mileage and features in terms of price. I would strongly suggest driving an example of each to get a feel for them and see which you like best.

Just to help you out, I ran the current average retail numbers for the NY/NJ area. I based it on a 2007 with 50k miles:

Acura TSX w/ nav: ~$20,400
Infiniti G35 Sedan RWD w/ automatic, Bose, nav, sunroof: ~$25,500
Lexus ES350 w/ Levinson audio, nav: ~$26,625
Lexus GS350 RWD w/ Levinson audio, nav: ~$31,350

It's hard to tell if you're shopping the used market. Every now and then, you'll come across a great deal for a fully-loaded low-mileage car that just so happens to be a specific make and model. I don't think I've seen too many fully-loaded TSX's listed on the marketplace, but maybe they're just priced higher than I would pay. I'd probably guess you can find the best deal looking for a fully-loaded G35/37.

If I'm not mistaken, TSXs only come 2 ways; nav or no nav. They are all pretty much loaded.
