There is absolutely no comparison between the two. Top Gear UK is witty, well written, and fun. Top gear US is unfortunately typically pathetic US comedy writer predictable and unwatchable.

Top Gear UK hands down...
I've watched the USA version a couple of times, have never watched it to the end. It's drab, humorless, boring and very very lame.
All we know is, he's called....................

Man... I was excited when Top Gear US was announced too! I wanted it to be as good as the UK version I loved.

Anyone who votes 'US' is jacking with the poll. NO REAL FAN of the original can choose our crap version over it.

Two different shows, IMO. Not comparable.

Yeh, I voted for the brit one too. The UK hosts simply have a chemistry to their banter that the US hosts are hopelessly trying to find. The US version can be pretty sad to watch in all honesty, I watched it until I got BBC w/ my new cable subscription. I'll probably still watch some of the American version, but eh...I have very low hopes of the US version improving much.
