Close enough, Actually its an S800, beautiful little Coupe,



Re looking at some of the pics it seems the 600 and 800 are very similar so you may indeed be correct on the 600 call.

Right church, wrong pew.

It's a Prince Skyline coupe, with body by Michelotti, circa 1962.
The 4-door version was the "Gloria" model, IIRC.

Prince Motors produced expensive cars, and was absorbed by Nissan in 1966. However, Nissan continued to produce some cars under the prestigious Prince name for a few years. The small FWD car that Prince was developing prior to the merger became the Nissan Cherry (love the name!).

Even after they stopped using the Prince name, Nissan continued to use the Gloria and Skyline model names for their larger/more expensive models.

What we see as the Infiniti G in the US is the Nissan Skyline in Japan.
Our Infiniti M is the Nissan Gloria in Japan.
