Hi!
I am going to look into getting a new car (currently own a 2005 Rav4) that can be for years to come for babies/small children in the near future. I'm debating hybrid/non hybrid (repairs/parts are $$) and sticking with Toyota (I've been happy with Rav4) or not. I'm thinking camry, possibly another Rav 4.. not sure what else I should look at.. Honda CRV? Does anyone have a car that they love that's great for a family and good with gas? I have a long commute (80 miles round trip) 5x a week.
Best bet for long term is just to go and get a Toyota Sienna...I know Minivans are not cool but they are perfect for a growing family and will suit all of your needs for many years to come as your kids grow up and you need more room..
It is a good choice as you will Grow into needing the space rather than growing out of the space of a Mid-size car in terms of usefulness..Anyways that is just IMO.......
