Has little to do with embarassment and more to do with the fact that they look better and are more unique. My G35 had Nissan badges for some time, go figure.

I was at the dealer looking at the 2012 Genesis coupe and the parts department sells the Genesis badges made for replacement. I also think that they look better.

Well that is b/c the G35 isn't actually a G35, its a Nissan Skyline

Nothing wrong with switching badges. I took the ugly ram's head off the front of my car. The only reason it is still on the steering wheel is because it is too much of a pain to get it off.

OP probably has it mounted on the tow hook so it's easy to run without front plates.

I would like these cars a lot if it weren't for the front end. It just looks like a cheeky smile, kind of like the "i see what you did there" meme face..
