B. Illegal vehicle isn't exactly driving an M1 tank in the carpool lane
C. Sure there are faster cars but not that get 40 MPG @ 80 mph!

thread was started in 2012.....car was discontinued after 2011 (body change). New model is a 328D, more efficient but sadly no where near the performance numbers of the outgoing model (3.0 motor vs. new 2.0).
