The top comes off. The doors come off. The windshield folds down. And it has a heater ...that sort of works.

My wife likes all of the gizmos on her car, and sometimes they are very nice. But I think there's also something special about the simplicity of some of the older cars.

I like my LARGE fuel filler neck, so when I have to stop for fuel (every 1,000 - 1,200 miles), I can be OUTTA-THERE in less than a minute. I use the SEMI-TRUCK pumps

I hate burnin' daylight. (Or moonlight) when I'm on the road.

The boxy design and Hatch allows me to haul LOTS of building supplies and cargo, as well as STACK my cars in the corral if they get to numerous (DO NOT leave Rabbits unattended, they multiply)

Another neat thing I just found in my car is that when I put the car in reverse the right side mirror angles down so I can see the curb as I parallel park. Very neat!

ABS and low-effort power steering. I don't care about sportiness, and I wish it had better speakers. I miss bronze tinted glass and very low hoodlines.

The only feature I've been equipping all my cars with since about 1995 is remote start. The 2011 Charger is the first vehicle I've purchased that had it installed as a factory option. Some features I have and enjoy but aren't necessary; heated leather seats, heated/cooled cup holders, backup cam, steering wheel controls, keyless entry, push button start, dual zone auto climate control. One feature that I don't like is the auto dimming mirror, only seems to auto dim at night, so if you have some moron behind you during the day with his high beams on there isn't much you can do about it.

I bought a new car 3 months ago loaded with options. When it comes down to it, I really like the rear view camera. I don't have the best depth perception so it really comes in handy. No more me asking my husband am I close to the car behind me?!?! I even noticed today the camera can see vehicles that are coming at me from the rear side, which is wonderful for seeing around large suvs which always seemed to be parked beside me.

My favorite thing about my 2000 Ford Excursion is that it seats 8 comfortably with plenty of cargo room and can still hitch up my 35ft 8K pound travel trailer and hit the road to anywhere. That and the fact the title has been in my sole possession for many years.

The more features you have the more things to break down & cost you a arm & 2 legs to fix. Dealerships will rob you blind.
