No. The difference in energy content between the two substances is negligible. Even if the oil were much higher, at that ratio you still would see no change. That being said, you increase the lubricity of the fuel and you may experience smoother engine operation... however you run the risk of premature spark plug and catalytic converter failure and possibly other problems.
When using my truck (diesel) in the winter time, sometimes I will pick up a gallon of the marine two cycle and dump it into the tank. Mind you the engine/exhaust has no form of emission control but the oil does noticeably smooth out the engine. It also burns straight engine and vegetable oils so I have no reservation in trying strange fuel concoctions.
