Plus, we also need to know the vehicle's...
odometer mileage
and
maintenance history over the past 3 years.

Right now, this is like the police department that had its toilet stolen.
You know...nothing to go on...

It could be your idle control valve, a vacuum leak or restriction, or a throttle body that needs cleaning. It's tough to say without knowing more about the car.

+1
Or, it could relate to spark plugs that are way too old, or the OP's thinking about motor mounts could be correct. Or, it could be a multitude of situations with this mystery vehicle.

Auto Zone screwed up!!! With the spark plugs. You have a misfire in one or more cylinders. Don't have Auto Zone work on your car. That's like having someone from McDonald's work on it.

LMAO! couldn't help but laugh.
Ok, so when one changes their spark plugs, you must also change out the spark plug cables?

That is a very strong possibility. The spark plugs may be the wrong ones, or they may be mis-gapped, or...

While the OP has not mentioned it, I have to ask...Is the Check Engine Light lit up?
