Have another look at the photo, the stick person is on a swim/ski board, see the fin on the rear/bottom of the board. Odd because they don't show any water. surfing on pavement? LOL
The way the pic is cut off suggests that there may be a beach there. It's still an odd place for a sign though.
We have a lot of deer crossing signs in our area. At Christmas someone always sticks red noses on the deer.
In silverado canyon CA the aods include: this a way, that a way, uppa way, down a way, getta a way. I think there are some others.
In a park, I cannot rememebr where the sign said "watch for falling squirrels" and had a picture of a squirrel falling from a tree
I always love the turtle crossing, frog crossing. and other odd animal crossing signs.
I have seen people take magic markers to deer crossing signs, some put antlers on them, and some take it to the next level and mark other unmentionable things on them, if ya know what I'm speakin' of.
